It's separate from any warranty you might have on the roofing materials themselves (like shingles), which comes from the manufacturer. Our warranty focuses on the installation of those materials.

What Our 2-Year Warranty Covers

Our 2-year workmanship warranty means that for two years after we complete your roof repair, we'll fix any leaks or damage that result from defects in how we did the work. For example, if a leak develops because of improperly installed flashing, that's something we'd take care of under our warranty.

What's NOT Covered (Warranty Exclusions)

It's important to be clear about what a workmanship warranty doesn't cover. Here are some common exclusions:

• Mother Nature: Damage from severe weather like major hail storms, high winds exceeding certain speeds, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, and earthquakes.

• Fire

• Structural Issues: Problems with the building itself, like foundation shifts.

• Third-Party Damage: Damage caused by someone else, not us or you.

• Neglect or Misuse: If you, the homeowner, don't properly maintain your roof.

• Unauthorized Alterations: If someone else modifies our repairs.

• External Factors: Damage from falling trees, debris, or animals.

• Normal Wear and Tear: Roofs naturally age over time.

• Manufacturer's Defects: Problems with the roofing materials themselves.

• Ice Dams: Damage from ice buildup.

• Building Movement: Cracks caused by the house settling.

• Pests: Damage caused by animals or insects.

Your Responsibilities as the Homeowner

To keep your warranty valid, there are a couple of things you'll need to do:

• Provide Access: Allow us access to your property to do the initial repairs and any warranty-related work.

• Maintain Your Roof: Keep your roof in good condition, which includes things like cleaning out your gutters.

How to Make a Warranty Claim?

If you think you have a problem covered by our warranty, here's what to do:

• Notify Us Promptly: Contact us in writing as soon as you notice the issue (within 30 days of discovery).

• We'll Inspect: We'll come out and take a look at the problem.

• We'll Fix It: If it's a defect in our workmanship, we'll schedule and complete the repairs at no cost to you.
